Social Support

Social Support is designed to support people with disability and the frail aged. It is a flexible service that responds to individuals' needs and helps clients to remain independent with assistance with some activities.  Clients are able to maintain social contact and complete tasks in the home or community with the aid of Ningana's staff. Clients and the Social Support Manager develop a Care Plan and help is provided with activities such as letter writing, banking, shopping, cleaning, reading, visits to the library and doctors appointments.

Leisure Link

Leisure Link is a government funded service which provides support for an individual with a disability to participate in recreational activities of their choosing. This service may also be used by clients to access a short holiday they would otherwise not normally experience.

Community Living

This service provides support and training for people with disability so they can remain living in their own home. Training includes life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, hygiene, health care, sport and recreation and outings as required. This service is available seven days a week.
