NEI / LIFE CHOICES is a registered service provider under the guidelines and monitoring of the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.

The Community Participation Program is developed for young people leaving Year 12 who are unable to transition into employment due to their level of current abilities, and have been assessed as requiring ongoing support to achieve active and meaningful participation in the community, recreational and life skills programs of their choice. LIFE CHOICES works with clients, families and carers to enhance current skills, future development skills and will combine all of these objectives into an Individual Personal Program Plan.

Programs may contain but are not limited to:

  • Community access.
  • Numeracy & Literacy
  • Living skills.
  • Creative education.
  • Sensory development.
  • Recreational activities.

Administration: 8.30am to 4.30pm. Monday to Friday.
