Ningana Enterprises offers people with a disability, rewarding work in a supportive environment.

Currently, 33 people with a disability work and train with us.

We strive to create a warm and friendly environment that encourages people to reach their potential and regard themselves as valuable and productive members of the NEI team.

Ningana Enterprises operates NEI Packaging, our commercial arm. This business specialises in light assembly, labeling, packaging and collating. Our clients include major wine producers, irrigation design specialists and food manufacturers.

There are a wide range of work tasks to encourage and challenge individual capabilities. Our clients regard the work done by NEI employees as a very valuable service.

If you join NEI as a supported employee, you will have an Individual Training Plan tailored to your needs to help you get the most from your work day.
